Delivery
Your package will be shipped on the day of the order if placed before 12 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be notified by email as soon as it is shipped.
During busy periods, order preparation may take up to 48/72 hours.
We offer two delivery methods:
- Fast delivery to your mailbox via Colissimo (48-hour delivery)
- To one of your local shops in partnership with Mondial Relay (3 to 5 business days delivery)
We ship worldwide, and prices depend on the destination.
Deliveries to France, Belgium, and Luxembourg are free for orders over €80 with Mondial Relay.
Returns possible within 30 days
Have you received your items but the size or fit isn't right? No worries, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the items concerned.
Exchange
To make an exchange, please return the item to us, specifying your contact details, order number, and the desired new size. Upon receipt, we will send you a new garment.
The item in question should be returned to the following address: STERED - Parc d'Activités Kénéah Ouest - 5 rue de Molène - 56400 Plougoumelen. This item must not have been worn and must be properly folded in its original packaging.
Please note
For all returns or exchanges, it is imperative that products are returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse the return and refund of goods that have not been returned in compliance with the stipulated conditions.
Reshipping costs for your order are free, but the return costs for items to be exchanged remain at your expense.
For orders outside the European Union, no exchanges are possible; the item will automatically be refunded.
Refund
In the case of a refund request, it will be processed within 8 days of receipt of your items and automatically credited to the account associated with the bank card used during payment. In the case of payment by check or bank transfer, we will contact you to determine the refund method.
