Shipping

Your order is shipped the same day if placed before 12 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email containing your package's tracking information.
During busy periods, preparing your order may exceptionally take 48 to 72 hours.

We offer two shipping methods:
  - Home delivery within 48 hours
  - Delivery to a pick-up point within 3 to 5 business days. 

We ship our orders worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.

Shipping is free for orders over €80 in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg with Mondial Relay.

30-Day Returns 

If the size or fit does not suit you, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return the items concerned.

Exchanges

To make an exchange, simply return the item to us, including your contact details, order number, and desired size on a separate piece of paper. Upon receipt of your return, we will ship the new item.

It is imperative that products are returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund of goods that have not been returned in compliance with these conditions.

The cost of reshipping the new item is offered to you. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, exchanges are not possible. Returned items will only be refunded.

Refunds

In the event of a refund request, it will be processed within 8 days following the receipt and validation of your return. The refund will be automatically credited to the payment method used for your order.

Return shipping costs for refunded items remain the responsibility of the customer.
