These general terms and conditions of sale are concluded between the company STERED and internet users who wish to make a purchase on the "stered.eu" site, hereinafter referred to as "the customer".
1. Acceptance of conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between STERED and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document, unless prior, express and written derogation.
2. Products
2.1 - The photographs illustrating the products are not part of the contractual scope. If errors have occurred, STERED cannot be held responsible in any way. The majority of the products offered by STERED to its customers are available in our warehouse.
2.2 - Gift Cards
Gift Cards available for sale on stered.eu are only sold in paper format and include a promotional code. These codes must be used in a single order. In the event that the basket amount is less than the Gift Card amount, no change will be issued. Only one Gift Card can be used per order and this within the limit of its usage period set at 6 months from its issue date by STERED. Beyond this period, no extension of validity can be requested if the Gift Card has not been used. No shipping costs are charged for ordering a Gift Card alone delivered in metropolitan France. These are applied to an entire order containing items in addition to the Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards.
3. Order
Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. STERED confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will only be concluded after confirmation of the order. STERED reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding: in the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
4. Delivery
4.1. - The delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to average processing and delivery times.
Deliveries are made according to the customer's choice by post in tracked Colissimo or via Mondial Relay. The carrier undertakes by contract with STERED to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by STERED. In the case of cash-on-delivery transport, the customer undertakes to pay the carrier or his representative the total amount indicated in the order confirmation.
In addition, for deliveries outside metropolitan France, the customer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duties, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the order. All orders placed with STERED are for the personal use of customers, customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products.
STERED is therefore released from all legal responsibilities if the payment of taxes was not made by the customer.
Are considered as cases of force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in case of shortage or damage.
STERED cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not caused by it.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered to the customer in several installments. The customer then only pays for one delivery. If the customer wishes 2 delivery locations, he places 2 orders, with the associated delivery costs.
In case of an uncollected package within the time limit set by Mondial Relay and returned to the sender, the return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
If, in this context, the customer prefers to request a refund rather than a re-shipment, the actual shipping costs incurred for the initial shipment will then be deducted from the refunded amount, even if the initial delivery benefited from a promotion or an exemption from shipping costs.
4.2 - Exchanges
Have you purchased an item from our online store and the size is not suitable? You have 30 days to return the item to us, indicating your contact details and the new desired size. Upon receipt, we will send you a new garment and to satisfy you as much as possible, STERED covers the re-shipping costs.
The item concerned should be returned to us at the following address: STERED - 5 rue de Molène - 56400 Plougoumelen. This item must not have been worn and must be properly folded in its original packaging.
It is imperative that the products are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Damaged, soiled or incomplete items will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that have not been returned in compliance with the stipulated provisions.
The re-shipping costs for your order are offered to you, the return costs for exchanged items remaining at your expense.
For orders outside the European Union, no exchange is possible, the item will be automatically refunded.

4.3 - Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days (from receipt of items) to make up your mind.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, STERED is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without charge, with the exception of return costs. The reimbursement is due within a maximum period of 15 days.
5. Price
The price is expressed in Euros.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included and including VAT for France and EU countries. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and storage costs of the products and transport costs.
6. Payment
Payment is made by bank card bearing the CB logo. Your online payment is made via a bank server in a secure environment. Your bank card number is therefore directed to the bank's servers, your payment is thus made without passing through the store's server, a guarantee all the more important as your numbers are known only to our banking partner Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne. The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the relevant bank payment centers have given their agreement. In case of refusal of said centers, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer will be notified by email.
Furthermore, STERED reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
7. Dispute
7.1 - For all stages of site access, consultation, form filling, order placement, item delivery or any other service, STERED has only an obligation of means.
7.2 - This contract is subject to French law. STERED cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the marketed products. The same applies to possible modifications of products resulting from manufacturers. STERED's liability will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be called into question for simple errors or omissions that may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.
In case of dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, the Commercial Court of Rennes has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the payment method accepted.
8. Warranty
STERED cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of receipt, STERED's responsibility is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, its value on its date of sale and this without possibility of recourse against the brand or the producing company of the product.
9. Legal information
The provision of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing and routing of orders, the establishment of invoices and warranty contracts. Failure to provide information results in the non-validation of the order. In accordance with the "Data Protection Act", the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL). The customer has (article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978) a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data concerning him, which he can exercise with STERED. Furthermore, STERED undertakes not to communicate, free of charge or with consideration, its customers' contact details to a third party.
