Shipping / Returns

Delivery

Your order will be shipped the same day if placed before 12:00 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your parcel tracking information.
During periods of high activity, the preparation of your order may exceptionally require 48 to 72 hours.

We offer two delivery methods:
  - Home delivery in 48 hours
  - Relay point delivery in 3 to 5 business days. 

We ship our orders worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination country.

Delivery is free on purchases of €85 or more in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg via Mondial Relay.

30-day returns

If the size or fit is not right for you, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return the items in question to us.

Exchange

To proceed with an exchange, simply return the item to us with a note stating your contact details, your order number, and the desired size. Upon receipt of your return, we will proceed with shipping the new item.

It is imperative that products are returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund for goods that have not been returned in compliance with these conditions.

The shipping costs for the new item are on us. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, exchanges are not possible. Returned items will only be eligible for a refund.

Refund

In the event of a refund request, it will be processed within 8 days of the receipt and validation of your return. The refund is automatically credited to the payment method used for your order.

Return shipping costs for items subject to a refund remain the responsibility of the customer.
